Description: If the users moves an icon on the Homescreen to the very bottom
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141017001201
2) Click and hold a movable icon on the Homescreen.
3) Quickly pull the icon to the very bottom of the Homescreen.
4) Observe the line or lines that appears below the icon.

Line dividers unnecessarily appears below the moved icon.

It is expected that the icon will be moved without the line divider appearing below when no other icons are below it.

Please disregard my first environmental variables for the 2.1. I meant the following instead of 512mb.

I checked with Jacqueline in IRC and she thinks the second line shouldn't be there. Bumping to Kevin again.

A bug we should fix but not severe enough to hold the release for it.

I am looking into this, but if we aren't blocking in v2.1, app grouping should take over here in 2.2 and this should no longer be an issue.

We no longer have dividers, so this should be resolved now.
