At the moment, except of the dashboard that lists only the top 10 action items according to priority, we have another view that lists all user's action items. This only shows those that are still open/pending.

It might be helpful for reps to turn that into an archive view with all user's action items including both open and resolved. In order to implement that we need to expose 2 extra columns, resolved and completed fields. Also it might require some kind of filtering between open and resolved items.
