Description: If the User selects and holds an icon on the Homescreen and moves the icon to the right and black scrolls bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. The scrollbar appears to have no useful function.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141024001204
2) On the Homescreen, select and hold an icon.
3) Navigate slowly to the far right.
4) Observe the black scroll bar that appears at the bottom of the device.

Actual:
Scrollbar appears at the bottom of the device.

Expected:
It is expected that no scroll bar will appear at the bottom of the device.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 2.2 Kitkat (319mb) and the Flame 2.0 Kitkat (319mb)

Result: Black scrollbar does not appear at the bottom of the homescreen.

Not nominating this as a blocker. The scrollbar is unnecessary, but does not break anything.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
