Description:
When in the home screen menu, (the menu when user holds down a blank space on the home screen) has a needless scroll bar 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141024001204
2) Press down on a blank space on the home screen
3) scroll up and down while in the menu

Actual:
Needless scroll actions and scroll bar


Expected:
No scroll bar or scrolling option

issue does occur on Flame 2.2 

menu has unnecessary scroll bar

Not nominating this to block. Scroll bar isnt needed, but no functionality is broken

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
