User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0 Build ID: 20141011015303 Steps to reproduce: Tried to access help with no network connection. Tapped Settings -> Help -> User Guide button. Actual results: Was told support.mozilla.org requires an Internet connection. I might be reading help in order to get that connection. Expected results: Basic help docs could be bundled with the phone. Otherwise it's hard for the user to access information about how to get online.
Hey Bram, Daniel made a good point in regards to having the SUMO as an packaged app that's updated... or at least to provide help getting online so that one could read the rest of SUMO.

This is an idea that the SUMO team’s been thinking about for a while! I no longer work for the team, but I’ll CC Kadir and Ricky.
