User Story

As a user, I want to be able to set a data alert threshold using data size or using a percentage relative to my limit such that I can use whichever option is most understandable to me.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. When entering a data alert threshold, I can choose MB, GB or % as the units.
2. When the units are set to MB or GB, I can only enter a positive integer number.
3. When the units are set to %, I can only enter a positive integer number between 1 and 99, inclusive.
4. Interaction and Visual design matches UX spec.
