User Story
As a cost-conscious user, when Iam connected to the mobile network and I launch an app which I have previously restricted to WiFi only, I want to be able to override that setting so that I can use the app on mobile data if I really want to. Acceptance Criteria: 1. After restricting an app from using mobile data and when that app attempts to use mobile data while in the foreground, a prompt is displayed, per bug 1089984. The data restriction for this app can be overridden, enabling the app to make use of mobile data. 2. Per UX spec, the data restriction can be overridden temporarily (for this use of the app) or permanently. 3. A temporary override enables mobile data to be used within the app while it remains in the foreground. As soon as it moves to the background, mobile data use is, once again, restricted. 4. In the temporary override scenario, if the app is in the foreground and the connection changes from mobile data to WiFi and back to mobile data, the app is still able to use mobile data, so long as it remained in the foreground during that time. 5. While a temporary override is in place on the foreground app, opening the utility tray does not affect the connection. 6. A permanent override changes the setting for that app to be able to use mobile data from that point forward (until the user changes the setting in the future). 7. Interaction and Visual Design matches UX spec.
