If you have several tabs open and are researching some topic, those tabs should
be (by an option selected) saved when the browser is closed and then reopen to them.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open tabs for different websites
2.close the browser
3.reopen and observe
Actual Results: No tabs will stay the way they were when the browser was open.
