Moving it to the correct component, anyway, it looks good to me with tabs, so you can jump to a different part of the dialer.
Component: Gaia::Contacts → Gaia::Dialer

This is a bug. The confirm window should cover the whole screen. This is defined by building blocks. Thanks!
