Hi Darrin, Hi Sevaan,

Looking through the UX http://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/loop/rooms/#spec and the Design Notes - I couldn't find the UI or UX for how a non-signed in user could give themselves a friendly name when joining a room.  

I kept thinking it was the Room Name or changing the room name - but we have that bug 1074694.

I'm not sure where this requirement came from, as this doesn't seem very important for a v1 of rooms... especially in a 1:1 scenario where you can see everyone who is in the room. It made more sense for link sharing because then you could see who is calling you back. Sevaan, do you agree?

I also wonder if it's something we should even do. Wanting a more friendly name could be impetus to sign up for an account.

Darrin -- it seems like we should mark this as resolved::invalid?   (I agree with you and Sevaan that this bug doesn't make sense for Rooms.)  If you agree, feel free to mark this as invalid, or I can do it.  Thanks.
