109064 - buglist.cgi output is invalid

Look at a bug listing in ns4. None of the bugs are colored, but the "xx bugs
found", and the long format button are in red, while the options after the
button are in italics.

I don't know why, but the following probably isn't helping:

- style='color:red; ! important'. The ; shold be after the ! important, but...
- we shouldn't be using ! important. Was there a reaosn for this?

I'll fix this, then test in ns4 later.

I was gonna file this but didn't get around to it.  It's been there for a little
while.  Adding Myk, as I saw something about this on the buglist.cgi
templatisation bug.

Also, why are we using style attributes rather than embedded stylesheets with
the "style" tag?  That could also fix the problem.

This problems are fixed in the templatized version of buglist.cgi (bug 103778).
