In my Linux build, part of attachment 18503 [details] on bug 58815 doesn't show up.
It doesn't happen in the 0.9.5 release build.
It's probably a compiler issue.

with build 2001110809 on Win2k (SP2) I don't see any missing content.
What I do see is kind of weird to describe. When I reduce the size of the
window horizontally, at some point, at the bottom of the window there appears
scrollbar arrow widgets inside Barders that mimick that of the Borders set in
the content. The thing is, there is no scrollbar and the arrows work to move
left and right. I'm going to attach a screenshot so you don't think I'm on
something. This can't be normal, can it?

Whoops. One ammendement to my description...
The scrollbar is there and it is that darker thing just above and in the
middle of the scrollbar arrows. However, it is certainly not correctly placed.
It seems that the css rule on the page is actually affecting the browser UI.
Shouldn't the UI be outside of the current page's css context? I would think
you could do that with the userChrome.css or in the skin css itself?

The original problem I mentioned is still here, and I think it's completely
unrelated to bug 109808.

hmmm.... then it is definitely Linux only because in the latest build (win2k
SP2) I see everything.
However, I'm not sure if the floating behavior is correct. Might want to look
into that issue too. I don't feel qualified to say it is incorrect, but it
seems weird. The border around the <body> will overlap the other containers if
you drag the right side of the browser to the left. It seems to ignore the
fact that the <div> is there, but it does not overlap the <p> which is outside
the <div>. That doesn't seem right to me. Is there a floater bug that covers
that? I'd look for the bug myself, but there is some complex stuff going on
with display:table; and all...

The widget problem is gone; shall we spin up a new bug for the float problem (if
one exists)?

Whether there is a floater bug or not is a question for DBaron or Hixie, I
believe. They would be able to provide a pretty definitive answer.
So, the problem with part of the page not showing up is not an issue anymore on
Linux? It still looks fine on Win2k. If so, we can close out this bug.
