1090907 - win8_64 config is missing for content sandbox tests

Since the Windows 8 tests have switched to 64 bit they are failing on Holly as there is no config defined.

Hopefully, should just be a matter of adding the same lines as for the win32 ones.

I can see these running on Holly now.
Not everything is passing, but that's expected.
