I just switched back to Firefox Nightly a couple of days ago, and I've found that some Youtube videos stop after 20 seconds. No matter what I do (stopping/starting/refreshing/skipping ahead) I can't make them play after that. This happens consistently with some videos, and other videos it never happens.
This is unlikely to be Flash since we switched nightly VP9+MSE on. Is there any interesting spew in the browser console?

Also can you point at a specific video, and what platform are you running on?

I'm on Linux (64-bit, Ubuntu). The only thing in the browser console is:
Use of getAttributeNode() is deprecated. Use getAttribute() instead. (html5player....:36)

That messages shows up a couple of seconds after the pause. Now that I'm looking at it again, I can see that it's trying to buffer the video indefinitely.

I can reproduce with the video in that bug, so I think so.
