It really is a log error summary, with possible bug suggestions, rather than just "bug suggestions".

Something like "Error summary" might be more appropriate.

Actually, I'll leave this given that the structured log viewer work may add a new artefact type and make this one redundant - and transitioning over is going to be a pain just for this bug.

I think the "Bugs Suggestion" artifact is going to be replaced in the future, with the work in bug 1179263 and deps. As such, I don't think it's worth the effort of doing this, given the need to make it backwards compatible for 4 months after the name change.
