Environment:
Device: Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.4);
Build: Nightly 36.0a1 (2014-10-29);
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Fennec;
2. Long tap on any entry from about:home;
3. Without releasing the tap swipe left or right.
Expected result:
The about:home panels can not be swiped behind the context menu.
Actual result:
The about:home panels can be swiped left or right behind the context menu.

Wild guess is that this is probably inherited from Android and not much one can do about it.

I'll won't fix this: As long as this does not result in a more serious issue (Something like clicking on the context menu while on a different tab has an undesired behavior) then it's unlikely we are going to fix this.
