1092356 - Provide better UX for larger phones/phablets/horizontal orientation

Phones are getting bigger, the N5 is already at 4.95" and specifically in horizontal orientation, the URL bar just extends to be huge.

There's an opportunity for better UX here, especially looking at the trend of hand held devices and the work we've been doing around tablets.

we have at least one complaint per release from phablet users on the support.mozilla.org forums wanting the tablet experience on the phablets with lots of pixels like Note 3, 4, and Nexus 6
