Steps to reproduce: 1. Open about:newtab. 2. Click google search box. 3. Enable IME. 4. Type もじら. 5. Select any suggest string. Actual result: Clear もじら in search box. Expected result: Input selected string in suggest strings in google search box. This problem also happens for about:home. I tried by today's nightly build. Originally reported to bugzilla-jp is http://bugzilla.mozilla.gr.jp/show_bug.cgi?id=6908 .
Is bug 1028985 related to this bug?
I believe this is the same issue as bug 1115616, but that bug already has tracking flags.
