We should show some kind of label on the progress bar, especially for long activities (like pre-bulk data app install), so it's clear what is happening.

My use case is the following: attempting to launch a specific app takes ages, most likely because one of the test files is ~7Mb. Seeing that the transfer of this specific file takes all the time in the label would have saved me plenty of frustration.

Another use case for a label is the pre-push hook / build step in bug 1000993.  It might take quite a while to run.

We intend to move remote debugging into about:debugging (bug 1212802) and then remove WebIDE (bug 1314811), so there are no plans to improve the WebIDE UX at this time.
