Details
While the specific AST for destructuring with defaults is not decided yet, there is a desire to move function parameters closer to destructuring ArrayPattern.
Especially, the "defaults" and "rest" properties should die in favor of a default in each parameter and a "SpreadPattern" or "RestElement" for the "rest".
