The b2g desktop builds need the moztt package.  this is typically installed from the pvt tooltool server but is not available on the pub tooltool.

With 8a53b8b76456 mulet will require the moztt fonts package as well.

r- see my comments on github ... We should discuss a longer term solution that does not involve tooltool or involves improving it to fit our use cases...

Updated the PR to address the comments.  Moved installation into a reusable shell script and also added optional env variables to the tasks of someone so choose to use a different repo/revision for moztt.
