It would be nice if we could split it into a lazy-loaded script.

Right now it adds a bunch of event listeners to BrowserApp.deck, but maybe we can wait until after the first page load to do this. I also think we should look into whether or not we need all these listeners... it seems like we're capturing a lot of events just for form autocomplete/validation.
