Description:
If the enter button on the keyboard is used to progress through the manual setup of an imap gmail account rather than the 'next' button, the keyboard will remain active through page transitions and tapping the enter button again results in repeated loading screens.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141105001204
2) Enter email
3) Enter the manual setup for a gmail/imap account
4) Fill out the required fields, then with the keyboard still active tap the arrow/enter button rather than using the 'next' button
5) Observe the keyboard remain active through the page transition
5) Once the next page is loaded, tap the keyboard enter button again (multiple times)
  
Actual:
Using the keyboard enter button instead of 'next' results in the keyboard remaining active and multiple loading screens when tapped repeatedly.
  
Expected: 
Using the enter button has the same results as using the 'next' button.

This is the same underlying issue as bug 1073788, and it is fixed on master, but not applied to v2.1. 

Going to close this as a duplicate of that bug, and if the fix is desired for uplift, should be tracked in the other bug.
