TIA-1149-0-1[1] provides the specification for Commercial Mobile Alert Service (CMAS) over CDMA systems.

In addition, 9.3.3 Commercial Mobile Alert Service (CMAS) of C.R1001 [2] defines the range of the service category for CMAS. This is the information to identify a CMAS PDU from the raw CDMA SMS PDU.

File this bug to add the support for CMAS Alert in CDMA network.
