This isn't a dupe, though comment 0 could have used more explanation. I asked him to file this for adding more explanatory text next to Win8 noting that they're Win64-only at this point, since that's not clear just by looking at it.

Also uses a value for Win8 which will actually cause the tests to run, which some people might prefer.
