here is a slight regression on webgl terrain:

I did some retriggers here:

and the slight bump (the lower bound goes from 4.5 -> 4.6) is on this revision:

I see this patch landed on inbound and aurora, I don't see regressions there; Likewise I don't see any regressions on other platforms. Possibly there isn't much we should do with this.
