When the user presses the plus symbol to add a contact to a new message, they will notice that the screen will flash blue and then white before reaching the contacts list page.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141107001205
2) Open the messages app.
3) Press the pencil and notepad symbol to create a new message.
4) Then press the plus symbol to open up the contacts list page.
5) Notice that a blue and then white screen will flash on the screen before the contacts list page is shown.
  
Actual:
A blue and white screen will flash on screen before taking the user to the contacts list page when pressing the plus symbol to add a contact to a new message
  
Expected: 
The contacts list page is shown without a flash of a blue or white screen before loading the page.

This issue occurs on Flame 2.2 Master (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash), and Flame 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash).

The same happens when you launch the contacts app itself. There is a white screen until the header is rendered. This happens with the rest of apps as well., so I think this bug should be closed as invalid.

It might be a regression due to gaia-header. Not that I'm investigating a similar issue in SMS in bug 1089920
