Steps to reproduce: 0) Ensure you're running with the modern skin 1) Enter minimal chrome mode (F11) 2) Attempt to Exit minimal chrome mode by clicking a toolbar button Expected Results: 1) Click the button, exit minimal chrome mode Actual Results: 1) There is no toolbar button The toolbar button appears in the Classic skin.
Yes, I was aware of that. That's because modern skin does not support text on buttons. So the fix needs to be made at the skin level. Reassigning to themes.

I just checked in a stopgap fix which puts the text there in modern, but this is quite ugly, and we will certainly need to cleanup this toolbar soon.
