Downloaded Firefox Developer Edition for the first time. Opens with both the 'tour' and the 'make this your default browser' dialogs open.
Although the Tour dialog is frontmost, I cannot actually click it.
The modal dialog to change the default browser is active, but mostly obscured.
(Not sure where to file this. May not be a devtools problem at its core)
