build 2001110815/linux: that page causes mozilla to hang forever. this is
even the case if i save the page locally (with 4.x), rename it to formular.html
and try to load it with URL file:/..../formular.html.

added the fiel saved with 4.x as attachment in case they change in on the
website.

reported URL and attachment both work for me, win 98 latest build (2001111108).
