This is spawned from bug 96463.
In the testcase attached, all elements have the same CSS sizing. However table
is a little bit wider than the rest.
I did not see this a few months ago, so this is a regression.

I downloaded latest nightly and still seeing this on Win2K.
Table is 1 pixel wider.
