It doesn't look clear to me of what the qawanted request is. Since there's not a branch check, I'll perform one.

This issue occurs on all branches including on v18D-1 base only. Interrupting a currently playing Ringtone/Notification/Media sound sample by tapping on slider results in the next sound sample to not play completely.
