Steps to reproduce:
Was born with the curse of noticing slight discrepancies in distances measured in pixels.
Actual results:
Looked at the DevEdition theme and saw that there is a space of 2px between the top of the awesomebar and the upper toolbar border, and a space of 3px between the bottom of the awesomebar and the lower toolbar border.
Windows 7.

Expected results:
Both spaces should have an equal pixel value.

Thanks for the report, I'll see if this gets fixed by 1096413 and if not come back and deal with it separately.
