Description:
While viewing a fullscreen youtube video in browser, if a user moves their phone 180 degrees (flipping it from portrait to portrait, or landscape to landscape) they will observe the browser flicker through the screen of the video as the phone attempts to correct the video orientation to equal the phone. 
If the user transitions too quickly, the phone will make the orientation change fine as the phone doesn't attempt to perform the UI change to the 90 degree orientation change. IE snapping phone from portrait to portrait quickly will display portrait changing to portrait; flipping phone slowly will cause it to attempt to from (1) portrait to (2) landscape and stutter to (3) portrait.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141111040202
2) Open up 'Browser' app.
3) Search for 'YouTube'.
4) Play any video.
5) Enable fullscreen playback (tap on video for menu, leftmost button for fullscreen)
6) Change orientation of phone 180 degrees quicky/slowly and observe UI.
  
Actual:
Browser of YouTube page flashes through and displays to user while watching fullscreen video during orientation change.
  
Expected: 
Fullscreen video adjusts appropriately to phone orientation change.

Issue DOES occur in Flame 2.2, 2.1, 2.0 (Shallow Flash, 319 MB memory).

Actual Results: Rotating the phone's orientation 180 degrees while in full screen mode will cause screen to flicker.
