Steps to reproduce:

1. Open about:config and set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx value to 2.0
2. Click on the tools and features menu button.

(OS Ubuntu GNOME 14.04LTS, resolution 3200x1800)


Actual results:

3. Notice a part of the menu is hidden behind an empty box. 


Expected results:

Menu should be fully displayed and not hidden.

Note that the bug does not happen with customized themes for Firefox.
