Steps to reproduce:

As you can see on the screenshot, help tooltip are in front of the default browser tooltip.
Though, it's the browser tooltip which has the priority. Which means you can't click at all on help tooltip and you need to deal with default browser tooltip first.



Expected results:

- Either you put default browser tooltip in front of everything
- Either you make help tooltip available to the click
