1097621 - Video controls for MP4/H.264 video appear for a few seconds and then disappear

Tested with:
Devices: Asus transformer tf101 (Android 4.0.3) and Samsung Galaxy Tab (Android 4.0,4)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open  http://goo.gl/FHiOMg
2. Go tot the last video: Media Test - MP4 H.264 High Profile (AVC1.64001E) H.264 High Profile Level 3.0 (Video)
3. Tap once on the video area to display the video controls

Actual results:
- After step2, the bottom of the page is blurry
- After tapping the "play" button, the page is not blurry anymore
- Video controls appear for a few seconds and then disappear with no possibility to tap on a further point on the seek-able playing progress bar, or pause, full screen etc.

Expected results:
- After tapping the video, video controls appear, so you have time to move further/back, mute, etc

The tile fix is in bug 1086683 which has aurora approval. Do you see this problem playing the video directly? http://people.mozilla.org/~atrain/mobile/tests/big-buck-high.mp4

No, It's not reproducible with this video.
It is reproducible only with the last video from the page.
