Currently: 

Just typing in "about:passwords" gets you your list of credentials.

We should:

Explore "gates" that prompt the user for a master password, gesture, or phone lock, that confirms their identity one more time before they see all there stuff. 

We could do some interesting things here but as a V1, just having some simple "gate" will be good.

Setting a Master Password, in Settings > Privacy, should cause a prompt right now.

This bug is just to see what else our options might be to provide a more complete/ compelling UX.
