Steps to reproduce:
1. Started FF Developer Edittion
2. Opened WebIDE and created new 'Hellow World' application
3. Hit start button
My chorem is version 39.0.2171.62 beta-m (64-bit), flags are set to:
--remote-debugging-port=9222 --no-first-run --no-default-browser-check
Actual results:
WebIDE comes up with an error:
'Operation failed: installing and running app: Can't install'
(see attached screenshot)
Expected results:
It should run the 'Hello World' app in Chrome.

should read:
My Chrome version is 39.0.2171.62 beta-m (64-bit), ...
