[Contacts][v2.1&2.2]Tap "Contacts management" bar,it will enter "Import facebook friends" view.
PS:This issue will surely happen in similar designs on contact settings view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:Login facebook in contact settings
1.Launch Contacts->Tap settings icon to enter settings view
2.Tap"Contacts management" bar

[3.Expected Result]: 
2.The "update import friends" button will not be highlighted and then it won't enter "Import facebook friends" view.

[4.Actual Result]: 
2.The "update import friends" button will be highlight and then it enter "Import facebook friends" view.
