According to bug 1094208 comment 4, the "browser_restore_isAppTab.js" test failed in a way that seems to suggest that same-process messages sent through the message manager can be re-ordered. This bug is about investigating if this is actually the case, and determining whether this is unexpected behavior that should be changed.
