We would like a piece of code that can translate a BZ query into a query that can return the same but over time for a historical view. There does exist a BZ URL -> Qb query translator (https://github.com/williecheong/release_dash/blob/master/assets/js/common/qb_maker.js) but it is little help going the other way.
