The inspector is open and doesn't show any HTML Tree.
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.122 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: * Navigate to some localhost url * Open dev tools inspector. * Navigate to some different tab with a different url, open dev tools inspector * Come back to the initial tab Actual results: The inspector shows nothing Expected results: Should have shown the HTML Tree

I'm not able to give definite steps to reproduce this bug. But it seems to happen after sometime.
