Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:0.9.5+) Gecko/20011108 BuildID: 20011108 Filter moves messages based on their subject to my folders Local->IT->News. Problems occur only when filter is about to move message (received from POP3 server) to folder within another folder (nested folder). It reports "folder doesn't exist" and disables filter! Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. create folder with subfolders (Local -> Alpha -> Beta) 2. create filter based on message subject, rule "move to" -> subfolder name 3. wait until Mozilla automatically retrieves new messages from pop3 server and tries to execute filter Actual Results: "Beta folder not found. Filter disabled" (message similar to this) Expected Results: move message with no problems
This works fine for me unless the Local Folders hierarchy is collapsed on startup and isn't opened before the filter hits. Once the Local Folders hierarchy is opened once in the session, the filter works for me. Works fine for me if just the destination folder structure is collapsed on startup, but account level/Local Folders is expanded.
