Description:
the alternating groups on the homescreen have a light see through bockground color. when expending or collapsing these broups there is an extra bar of background that appears and will either overlap or have a gap between then normal background of the group.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141113040205
2) Have at least 3 app groups on the home screen
3) Expand the app group that is lighter colored
4) observe below background

Actual:
an extra bar appears when collapsing or expanding the group

Expected:
it is expected that no extra portion of background appear collapsing or expanding the group

this is a known bug - hopefully to be fixed for 2.2:

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
