[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. On device: sign into FxA and enable FMD. 
2. On website: go to https://find.firefox.com, log in.  
3. Log out of the website. 
4.Disable FMD and sign out FXA on device.
5.Run adb shell b2g-info  to check which apps are running. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
FMD should close itself

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.FMD always in running.
