autoland support is no longer required on bmo -- this functionality will be implemented in mozreview instead.
let's remove the extension and the associated groups.
- deletes the extension
- drops the autoland_branches and autoland_attachments tables
we'll have to manually delete the 'autoland' group, and graveyard this component.
