[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch settings.
2.Tap the title "Settings".
3.Tap any option and tap the title.

1.Launch message.
2.Tap title "message".

[3.Expected Result]: 
2.Title cannot be tapped and highlighted.

[4.Actual Result]: 
2.You can see title can be tapped and highlighted in red.

This issue cannot be repro on Flame 2.2, but it can be repro on Flame 2.1, I have uploaded the logcat of Flame 2.1, could you help with it? Thanks!

Based on screencast, this bug belongs to gaia-header instead of settings app.(Message has the same problem if we watch the full screencast till the end)

And in order to verify this, I checked the source code and found the possible root cause here : https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/v2.1/shared/elements/gaia-header/style.css#L120

Helped to update this bug to right component.
