The email a user receives when logging in with the new system is short and sweet, but this process is very new to most users. At the bottom, there's a link to "Ask our helpful community" which pushes the user to SUMO where nothing about the login exists. I would suggest showing users that we are an *active community* and pointing them to this (which Matthew can edit to be more descriptive): http://discourse.webmaker.org/t/one-less-password-to-remember/904 OR actually write a help article so people don't have to just figure it out. There's the SUMO community too, but showing n00bs our accessibility has proven to help with retention, hence I vote for the discussion platform.

We have drafted new text for SUMO. Want to take a look Laura? Bug 1059865. The problem with sending people to a forum is that they will need to sign up there. And, they need to wait for a reply ... they can't help themselves. That said .... SUMO could link to Discourse at the top as another avenue for support. I like that idea. Adding to the other bug. Closing this as a duplicate.
