User Story

As a user of an application requesting access to my screen, I want to decide whether I want to grant that access or not.

The permissions has to be displayed each time the application tries to access the screen.
Implement screen sharing permission prompt for B2G. The driver for this new API is the BuddyUp project although other applications will benefit from this feature which is part of the WebRTC API capabilities.
